This foundation, combined with insights from extensive reading, renowned experts, and as a professional coach (ICF accredited), equips me to offer well-reasoned, thoughtful, and trustworthy advice.

Authenticity: A genuine and meaningful life matters more to me than earning a bit extra money. That is why, compared to other so called online experts (aka influencers), I try to ensure that my advices are rooted in integrity and honesty rather than fake or exaggerated ideas.

Experience: In my own unique life journey till now, I have experienced a lot of things / situations in a relatively short time. These varied experiences help me relate to many problems people face in their day to day life.

I am the first and only one in my family:

to study, work and live in multiple countries
to complete two globally renowned master degrees (M.Sc. from University of Mannheim: Rank 1 in Germany; MBA from IIM Calcutta: Rank 3 in India)
to work in both government and private companies
to travel to 20+ countries across the world
to fluently speak 3 global languages (no. of speakers): Hindi (600 Mn), English (1.5 Bn), German (130 Mn).
to help run a charity organization and a YouTube channel besides my job as Corp. Operations Expert & Professional Coach at SAP, Germany.

I have:

lived in the smallest of towns (Kirandul, Bijpur) in India to the biggest cities (Delhi, Mannheim) in India and Germany,
studied in smallest local schools to the best universities (DCE, IIM Calcutta, University of Mannheim) in India and Germany,
done bachelors in Industrial engineering with two additional masters (MBA, M.Sc.) in Business / Management,
cleared national (CEE - 963; IITJEE - 9000; NTPC Entrance National rank - 26; CAT - 99%ile) and international (GMAT - 720; 94%ile) competitive exams,
worked in variety of companies (NMDC, NTPC, KOEL, SAP, YogaDaan) from government to private, engineering to IT, big firms to small charities,
